More Than An Inspection
Our Happy Homebuyer Guarantee is our Promise to You, it includes:
- Our 217 Point Inspection Checklist – We’ll inspect the home as if we were buying it for ourselves. Our checklist goes above and beyond the New York state home inspection requirements, leaving no stone left unturned. It’s how we ensure a thorough inspection so that you wake up in your dream home and not a money pit. The inspection report using our checklist will be emailed with photos and videos to you on the day of inspection.
- Customer Service – We encourage our clients to attend the entire home inspection (when they can/want). This gives you a chance to follow us around if you like, to ask any question big or small, and discuss everything about the house including our inspection findings. It also gives you an opportunity to spend a few hours in the house after an always too quick showing. Our clients usually find it valuable to talk about anything we find with the added context of looking directly at the issue while we talk about it.
